Staying at this hotel was a mix of both positive and negative experiences. While the rooms in the main hotel were not modern, they were surprisingly spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The service was exceptional, with attentive housekeeping, laundry service, and a nice welcome drink, but we didn't explore tours or ticket assistance. The location was a perfect retreat in the forests of Spreewald, ideal for nature lovers with nearby walking trails and the convenience of being very close to Tropical Island. The dining experience, offering regular options like eggs, bread, and yogurt, was just good, and the facilities were well-maintained, although with room for improvement.
